AFTERCARE PROGRAM

Dear St. Mary Magdalen Families,

St. Mary Magdalen’s Aftercare program provides care for the students of working parents after school from 3:00pm-5:30pm when school is in session. It also provides an extended program, on most days, when there is an early dismissal at 11:00am.

We believe an after-school care program should be more than just a place where children wait for their parents to pick them up. We provide a structured program where we incorporate art, crafts, cooking, and group activities. We provide a place for those who have homework, with a teacher available to help with any questions. We provide daily snacks, and we plan special activities, snacks, and games for holiday parties. We also have monthly planned activities and many other free choice activities for them to choose from. A newsletter will go out each month, updating parents on what we have been doing in our program and our plans for the following month.

Attached you will find a payment schedule and payment policy for your information, along with the enrollment form. The enrollment form MUST be filled out before your child attends aftercare.
