Please make note of the following time sensitive grants. All necessary information to apply for these grants may be found in the school’s registration packet. Tax information is required for the grants.
~ Beyond Sunday: This scholarship is available to middle income families with students in grades K-8. Open enrollment January 17-February 28.
~ Alive in Christ: Available on a first come, first serve basis on January 17, and is need based. Available for all new students entering K-4th grade and students currently enrolled in Archdiocesan elementary school Kindergarten through grade 8.
~ Catholic Families Tuition Assistance (CFTA): Available on-line January 17. Deadline is February 28.
~ Saint Mary Magdalen Student Aid Grant ( Kindergarten-8th Grade). Applicants must have applied on-line for the Archdiocese’s scholarships but if not eligible may still receive scholarship monies from Saint Mary Magdalen. Deadline is March 15 for existing families.
~ SHOP: 100% of the profit that you accumulate in one year from the SHOP program will be credited toward your tuition the following year. This is open to all parents from Pre-school to 7th grade. The program runs April 1 to March 31.
~ Fundraising: A $500 fundraising fee is included in the yearly tuition amount. You will receive twenty 500 Club tickets for a monthly drawing of cash. You may sell the tickets and keep the cost of the $25 per ticket sales or you may add your name to all twenty tickets.
~ Referrals: Refer a new family to Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic School in grades Preschool to 7th and when the family has enrolled and attended school, you and the enrolling family may receive $500 towards your tuition. Some restrictions apply.
Participating in several of these grant offers could save you more than half of a year’s tuition!
